If you have an item in your cart awaiting payment, it may still be purchased by another customer until your order is complete.

If you have purchased an item and on the very rare occasion it is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange for a refund. We are unable to offer part shipments or rain checks.

On some occasions we are able to place a special order for items that are sold out. If you see an item on our website or via social media which you wish to purchase that is out of stock – please email us to see whether a special order can be placed.

Gift Vouchers are available for purchase from $30. We can post it either to you or to the recipient. If you would like to include a message on the Certificate, just note that in the comments section of your order.

We also offer a complimentary gift wrapping service should you require it. Just mention that you would like all or part of your purchased item/item’s gift wrapped in the comments section of your order and also whether it is for a male, female or unknown.


We offer Regular Shipping predominantly with Australia Post, Australia wide. Shipping is at a flat rate of AU$10, with orders over AU$150 shipped free (Under 3kg). Free shipping will automatically be applied on checkout. Express post is an additional AU$3 (under 3kg), simply add it to your order. Free for instore pick up! [Your order will be ready for collection on the next business day. Please note our opening hours are 9:30am – 5pm Weekdays and 9am – 2pm Saturdays. 11am – 2pm Sundays]

Once processed, your order will arrive to you approximately 1-3 business days after dispatch within Western Australia. Please allow up to 7 business days for general East Coast deliveries from Perth. For further information on delivery times to your area, please refer to the Australia Post Website.

Please note Archie & Evie is not liable for any loss or damage to goods sent via Australia Post or in certain circumstances when we use a courier. We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct, as we take no responsibility for the loss of your parcel due to address discrepancies.

We reserve the right to contact customers should shipping charges exceed our flat rate. Please note that our flat rate Australia wide shipping charge of AU$10 is for orders under 3kgs (Or the cubic measure equivalent). Bulky or non-standard items are not covered within this flat rate. Any purchase weighing over 3kg will require us to quote the cost of delivery and the customer will be contact ASAP to organise. This is applicable for both regular postage and express postage.

Please note orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday). Please note, public holidays will affect delivery times.


We hope that you love every item purchased from Archie & Evie, however if you are unsatisfied with your order, items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

Refunds are only offered if the items received are faulty or not as described at point of purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Exchange only on goods that are the incorrect size – Cost for returning the item and then re-shipping it is the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to return an item, you must first notify us for approval by contacting us via email at info@archieandevie.com.au or via phone on (08) 9243 5444.

To be eligible for a return the items must be received by Archie & Evie in their original condition – original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
